    Return Policy

    We make exceptional products and hope you love your items as much as we do. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) at:susan@sflinens.com

    Returns & Exchanges

    We will accept returns and/or exchanges on any unwashed and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Products with any fabric or law tags removed will be considered used. Items must be returned in original packaging. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are not returnable.  

    After 30 days, San Francisco Linens will not accept returns for any reason. 

    We only exchange items if they are defective. If you need to replace it for the same item, send us an email at susan@sflinens.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    We cannot accept items damaged through normal wear and tear, nor discoloration by bleach. Many skin care products, especially those containing benzoyl peroxide and alpha hydroxy acid, can be very damaging to fabrics, and items damaged resulting from use of these products will not be accepted for return.

    We cannot claim responsibility for shrinkage or damage caused by professional laundries or dry cleaners, or by irons or steamers. 

    Return shipping

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please consider using a trackable shipping service to insure that we receive your returned item. 

    Refunds

    Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued based on the return policy. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

    Returns are refunded in the original payment form, minus shipping and handling. San Francisco Linens can only refund payments via the original payment method. To complete your return, a copy of your receipt must be included.

    It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please contact your credit card or payment company.
